Halal certification certifies that a product is safe for Muslims to eat or use. The Japan Muslim Association’s Halal Certificate is issued based on a rigorous screening process and is a sign of trust from Muslims.

Process to Obtain Halal Certificate

Contact the Japan Muslim Association by phone, e-mail, or website. A representative will explain the process in detail.
Our representative will visit your company to learn more about your business and products.
You will be asked to submit the required documents. During the document review, we will check whether your products meet Halal standards based on Islamic law.
Our representative will visit your factory and audit the manufacturing process and facilities.
Based on the results of the document review and on-site audit, we will decide whether to grant or deny the certification.
If the certification is approved, you will receive a Halal certificate.
After certification, we will continue to conduct regular audits.
